WHAT THE PROCESS TO ORDERING A DESIGN PIECE?
1. Email us and let us know what kind of project you're planning
2. We'll contact you, discuss the project and gather all the information we need
3. We'll email you some concepts.
4. After any revisions, you get some brand new design pieces!

Correspondence by phone will occur after the initial email. Once we've met via email, you'll be provided with our phone number. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, just let us know in the initial email and we'll be happy to give you a call.

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Yes, of course! As a general rule, after the first project any additional projects of equal or lesser value are 10% off.

Our prices are based on an hourly rate of $50/hour. For our basic package prices, this includes concept creation and revision time.

IN WHAT FORMAT DO I GET MY ARTWORK?
All design pieces are handed over to you in industry standard formats either by email or CD, whichever format you prefer. For logos, we'll give you both a high resolution PDF, and an .eps file (in this format, you can scale your logo to any size). For other projects to be used for print, a high resolution PDF will do the trick. For animated banners, we generate a .swf (or Flash movie) file.
AFTER I PAY FOR MY DESIGN, DO I OWN IT EXCLUSIVELY?
Kind of. You are the owner of the artwork, but Nicholas Fargher Graphic Design reserves the right to use any design to display in our portfolio. Before we begin a project you'll receive a copy of our terms and agreement.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A "REVISION"?
After the initial project concepts are presented to you, you'll say something like "I love it, but could you do this, this, and this with it?" And we'll say "You bet." And then we'll do that that and that before bringing it back to you. That's a revision.

DO YOU USE A MAC OR A PC?
PC. Macs are cool too, though.

We use a combination of Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.

We've been at our design craft for a relatively short time, circa 2004. The Nicholas Fargher Graphic Design website has been up and running since 2006.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For online transactions, we take all major credit cards through PayPal. We'll also take checks made out to Nicholas Fargher.
